Мексико, щата Пуебла, в околностите на Теуакан
Описание [1]
Стебло: Единично или на туфа, плоско-сферично, до 12 см. в диаметър, синьо-зелено;
Мамили: конични, дебели и близкостоящи, 14 - 17 мм. широки;
Радиални бодли: 20 или повече, прави, жълти или бели;
Централни бодли: 3, два по-къси разположени в горната част на ареола; долният по-дълъг; извити, тъмнокафяви до черни или само в края, с дължина 1,5-2 см;
Цветове: бледо лимонено-жълти, тичинките с яркочервени стълбчета.
Отглеждане:
Бавно растящи, непретенциозни към почвен субстрат растения. Поливат се рядко, но обилно. Цъфтят през шестата си година.Нуждаят се от директно слънце за да запазят компактен вид и гъсти бодли. През зимата се държат напълно сухи при температури 3 - 12 °C. Издържат на краткотрайни застудявания до - 10° C.
Размножаване: От семена или издънки.
Болести: Сравнително издържливи растения.
